PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
When purchasing products on tomatostudiostore.com we request your personal information such as name, address, and payment information. Please note that a purchase made on tomatostudiostore.com is not binding until you have received an order confirmation via e-mail. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation. The order is not accepted until it has been approved and the items double-checked in our stock. When this has been done you will receive an order and shipping confirmation.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express and PayPal.

SHIPPING WITHIN DENMARK 
We offer free shipping in Denmark for orders above 1200 DKK.

Shipping cost in Denmark is 45 DKK (excl. Greenland and The Faroe Islands) to your nearest pick up point and 75 DKK for home delivery.
We use Post Nord for domestic shipping.

If you want to see a product before a purchase or just want to get some inspiration you are more than welcome to pay us a visit.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
We ship worldwide. The shipping costs to foreign countries will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. 

DAMAGED PARCELS
The goods are insured in transit and we kindly ask you to check
the content of the delivery upon receipt. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt so we can get the item cost refunded. We are responsible for goods, which have been damaged in transit. We will replace the item or return the cost of the item of it is no longer in stock.

TIME OF DELIVERY
We will ship the order within 48 hours of your purchase. Tomato Studio Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Guidelines regarding times of delivery:
Denmark: 1-3 working days
- Bornholm and other islands may take an extra 3 days
Europe: 2-5 working days
Rest of the world: 3-6 working days

RETURN POLICY
Products bought on tomatostudiostore.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after purchase. The original invoice must be included. Your return package can be sent or returned physically to our shop at the following address:

Please note that we expect the products to be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Any used, damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.
If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at hello@tomatostudiostore.com as soon as noticed.
When we receive your parcel, and the items are approved, we will refund the amount of your order to your account or gift card used for the purchase.

RETURNING A PRESENT
If you have received a present bought in Tomato Studio Store and you wish to return it, we can exchange it for another product of the equivalent value within 14 days of purchase. Presents cannot be exchanged for cash without a receipt. Products purchased in our physical studio in Stevnsgade can be returned within 14 days and exchanged for another product or a gift card, no refund.
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

COMPLAINTS
If you are not satisfied with our products, our service or have general feedback please contact us. Our customer’s satisfaction is key to us and we are always interested in improving our services. Tomato Studio Store operates under the laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear.

COOKIES
We use cookies to optimize our website and make your visit as easy as possible. A cookie is a small file which the website contains on your computer. The cookie identifies your computer and not you as a person. The cookie’s job is to let the website know when you return as a visitor. The cookie doesn't compromise the safety and you can turn off the function in your browser. A cookie can in no way harm your computer.
