Shipping and returns

We offer free shipping in Denmark for orders above 1000 DKK.

Shipping costs in Denmark is 45 DKK (excl. Greenland and The Faroe Islands) to your nearest pick up point and 75 DKK for home delivery.
We use Post Nord for domestic shipping.

You are also welcome to pick up your purchase in our studio.

We ship worldwide. The shipping costs to foreign countries will appear from the order confirmation before you pay.  

We will ship the order within 48 hours of your purchase. Tomato Studio Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Guidelines regarding times of delivery:
Denmark: 1-3 working days
(Bornholm and other islands may take an extra 3 days)
Europe: 2-5 working days
Rest of the world: 3-6 working days

Products bought on can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after purchase. The original invoice must be included. Your return package can be sent or returned physically to our shop at the following address:

Please note that we expect the products to be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Any used, damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.
If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at as soon as noticed.
When we receive your parcel, and the items are approved, we will refund the amount of your order to your account or gift card used for the purchase.

If you have received a present bought in Tomato Studio Store and you wish to return it, we can exchange it for another product of the equivalent value within 14 days of purchase. Presents cannot be exchanged for cash without a receipt. Products purchased in our physical studio in Stevnsgade can be returned within 14 days and exchanged for another product or a gift card, no refund.
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

The goods are insured in transit and we kindly ask you to check
the content of the delivery upon receipt. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt so we can get the item cost refunded. We are responsible for goods, which have been damaged in transit. We will replace the item or return the cost of the item of it is no longer in stock.
